Task: To set up governance for Oracle ERP implementation programme migrating Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Ecommerce functions to a new operating model and single enterprise-wide ERP solution.
Action: PMO set up, programme governance establishment and SharePoint environment creation. Roadmap and project plans development.
